Join the Beta Cohort

Cohort is currently available through a 12-week beta program for a small group of organizations.

This beta program will be a structured, collaborative process where Cohort is configured to your organization’s data, and used alongside your team to explore audience behavior, revenue patterns, and strategic questions.

The goal is simple: to understand how Cohort can support real decisions within your organization, while continuing to refine the tool through direct use.

  • The beta is best suited for performing arts organizations that:

    • Use Tessitura for storage of ticketing, donation, and patron data

    • Have at least 5 years of patron history

    • Are actively asking questions about audience behavior, retention, or revenue

    • Want to move beyond static reporting into deeper analysis

    • Are open to working collaboratively throughout the process

  • Each beta partnership includes:

    • Cohort Setup & Customization
Configuration based on your organization’s data structure, definitions, and goals

    • Access to the Cohort Tool
Fully interactive Tableau-based environment for ongoing exploration

    • Guided Analysis & Support
Regular touchpoints to explore findings, refine questions, and apply insights

    • Iterative Development
Adjustments to the model and approach based on what’s most useful to your team

  • The beta is structured over 12 weeks to balance setup, exploration, and application.

    Weeks 1–3: Setup & Alignment

    • Data intake and structuring

    • Initial customization

    • Alignment on key questions and priorities

    Weeks 4–8: Exploration & Analysis

    • Active use of Cohort

    • Identification of patterns and behaviors

    • Ongoing refinement of filters and views

    Weeks 9–12: Application & Refinement

    • Connecting insights to decisions

    • Identifying opportunities for action

    • Final adjustments and wrap-up

  • The beta program is offered at $3,500 per organization.

This includes full access to Cohort, customization to your organization’s data, and direct support throughout the testing period. The goal of the beta is not just to provide access to a tool, but to work alongside your team to explore, interpret, and apply insights in real time.

Because this is an early-stage program, participating organizations will also play a role in shaping the future development of Cohort—informing how the tool evolves and what capabilities are prioritized.

We’re working with a limited number of organizations during this phase to ensure each partnership receives the level of attention and support required.
